Welcome to Robins
Beginning this Wednesday morning, (September 12, 2018) Robins Road will be closed to traffic from Main Street in Robins to Bali Hai Estates which is south of Tower Terrace Road in Hiawatha. It is anticipated Robins Road will re-open October 3, 2018. The detour will be Main Street to North Center Point Road and then south on North Center Point Road. Signs will be posted.
The City of Hiawatha has been planning on reconstructing the road sometime this fall season but just recently received notice from the contractors that work could begin on Wednesday of this week, so therefore the quick notice. Once the work is completed Robins Road will be a much better road for all of Robins and Hiawatha.
it's all here.
